Information stored on your device
The app does not require an account and does not operate a developer-owned server. It stores the following information locally:
- state, work-week, rest-day and calendar preferences;
- annual-leave balances, leave plans and company holiday settings;
- trip names and flight details you enter;
- daily journal text, selected icons and selected photos;
- notification preferences and read state; and
- Pro entitlement status used to unlock features.
The app does not upload this content to a developer-operated server. Photos are accessed only after you choose them through the system photo picker.
Advertising
The free version may display ads provided by Google Mobile Ads. Depending on your region, consent choices and device settings, Google and its partners may process advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location, app interactions, diagnostics and advertising performance information for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, security and compliance.
Where required, the app asks for consent before loading ads and provides advertising privacy choices. Lifetime Pro removes advertising. Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy.
Purchases
Lifetime Pro purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. The app does not receive or store your full payment-card details. The applicable store may process account information, payment information and purchase history to complete and restore purchases.
Notifications
If you enable reminders, the app requests notification permission and creates holiday and planned-leave notifications on your device. You can disable them in the app or your device settings.
Retention and deletion
You can delete leave records and journal entries inside the app. Uninstalling the app removes its remaining local data. Information processed by Google or Apple is retained according to their policies and your account settings.
Security and children’s privacy
Personal calendar content is limited to local device storage. Network traffic used by advertising and store-purchase services is encrypted in transit by those services. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
The app is a workplace leave-planning tool and is not directed to children. It does not knowingly collect children’s personal information through a developer-operated account or server.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when app features, legal requirements or third-party services change. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the latest version.
