How is my annual leave calculated?
Enter your remaining annual leave in Settings. Leave balances and planned leave use 0.5 day as the minimum unit.
Why does a holiday differ from my workplace calendar?
Holiday observance can vary by state, employer and official announcements. Check that the correct state, work week and company holiday settings are selected, then confirm important dates with your employer.
Where is my leave and journal data stored?
Your work profile, leave plans, trip details and journal entries are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to a cycool-operated server.
How do I restore Lifetime Pro?
Open Settings in the app, select Lifetime Pro and choose Restore Purchase while signed in with the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.
How do I remove my data?
Delete leave records and journal entries inside the app. Uninstalling the app removes the remaining locally stored app data.
How do I change advertising privacy choices?
Open Settings and select the advertising privacy choices entry when it is available for your region. Lifetime Pro removes advertising.
